Whats this? Another hotel without a casino? Just a few days ago I wrote about this happening in Vegas, and now AC. This one is combining two old hotels on the boardwalk to form a new 330 room boutique hotel called The Chelsea. Also, its being done by one of the two guys from the Atlantic Beach Resort and Casino I mentioned a few days ago. (more…)
