Global Casino BOOM

If you could gamble anywhere in the world, where would it be?  Of course, Ireland.  Who doesnt want the luck of the Irish on their side.

So thank you to a government appointed committee that appears to have given the thumbs up to real casino expansion in Ireland.  The committee’s report recommends that casinos, which currently operate as clubs, be licensed and states that the Government should establish an interim authority to develop a full-scale (more…)

Caught this news item and not sure what to make of it yet since I havent seen it anywhere else.  Harrah’s/Caesars has recently pulled out of a couple projects, but it looks like they’re still looking.  The size of this Irish casino appears to be on the small end compared to the big multi-billion dollar resorts Ive been writing about, but its Caesar’s so I figured I’d share it with you.   (more…)
