Lets hope the Cosmo makes as many headlines when it opens as it does during its construction phase. Bloomberg had an article about how Deutsche Bank, the casinos new owners, is rolling up its sleeves a little and putting in its two cents, “…they are considering changing the color palettes and finishes.”
