I noticed that  Fountain Blue Casino in Las Vegas recently updated their website for both the Las Vegas casino resort and the Miami Beach hotel.  There is some new information there (some specific and some not so specific) so it is definately worth checking out.  It looks like its going to be a real hotspot if the casino is anything like the Miami Hotel.  This past weekend the Miami Fountain Blue hotel kicked things off with a Victoria Secrets show and it was an A list of all the young Hollywood stars. Forbes has a quick interview with Fontainebleau’s owner Jeffrey Soffer of Turnberry and also gives a quick background of the company.  Looks like they have international plans in the Mideast (doesnt everyone?) and the Far East (I guess they mean the Ho Tram Strip).  (more…)

Las Vegas | Fontainebleau Hotel Casino brochure

fontaine bleau casino las vegasIt looks like Fontainebleau has added a new brochure to its website for its Las Vegas casino.  Just a few decent pictures but some good details if you read through it. 

There is also a website for its South Beach, Miami hotel condo renovation.  This looks really cool and could change how people build out South Beach in the future.  Think Las Vegas Strip high end casino resort minus the casino and thats kind of what like the Fontainebleau Miami is.

Progress on the Fontainebleau Las Vegas is moving forward seemingly unfazed by the financial uncertainties and cost overruns that are plaguing projects such as the Cosmopolitan, Tropicana and the neighboring Crown Las Vegas. (more…)

Nakheel invests in Fontainebleau

Just yesterday I wrote about the trend of foreign companies buying into American casino companies. If I had just waited a day, I could have added Nakheel buying into Fontainebleau. I should note that Nakheel is not actually investing into Fontainebleau Las Vegas though, they are investing in its sister company, Fontainebleau Miami, which are both ultimately owned by the same parent company, Fontainebleau Resorts.
