This is great. Im having trouble keeping track of all the ANNOUNCED new casinos for Vietnam. I only have one question with this one. It sounds like a pretty big project, so why only a $50 million budget? I know financing is really tough right now, but $50 million??? What can you build for that?

The master construction plan for the biggest film studio and tourist resort complex in Vietnam was unveiled this week in the central province of Quang Ngai.
According to the investor, Vina Film Studio – Resort Investment JSC, a subsidiary of the Tan Tao Group, the US$50 million project will be named Vina Universal Film Studio & Tourism Zone.
Covering an area of 2,569 hectares in the district’s Pho Khanh and Pho Thanh wards, Vina Universal will consist of a casino, sports center, resort, zoological garden, golf course, and a 60-ha film studio (indoor studio, outdoor studio, studio infrastructure and auxiliaries, cinema park, a public square and other facilities), cultural tourism village models of Vietnamese ethnic groups and high-end villas.
The project, which is supported by Duc Pho District People‘s Committee and Investment Promotion Center of Quang Ngai Province, is expected to start operations by 2011.
