Goa
For years Goa has been a tourist destination for Europeans. The beaches are white and sandy, the ocean is gorgeous, and Goa has quite the reputation for all night drug fueled raves and parties.
When I think about the billion people in India, the familiarity Europeans have for this place, the beaches, and the expanding casino scene, I cant help but think this has the potential to be the next Macau. Both Goa and Macau each have heavy Portuguese influences in their cultures - hows that for similiarities.
There are three what I would call, ahem, major casinos in Goa. These are basically very small riverboats, so dont get too excited.
There are also a few more licenses out there so there will probably be a few more popping up over the next few years. Like I said, Vegas or Cotai it ain’t, but its a start, and maybe one day Goa will be the next Macao.
