Encore Suites at Wynn Las Vegas

Encore at Wynn is a new casino resort being developed by Wynn Resorts on 20 acres of land adjacent to its current Wynn Las Vegas casino. The $2.2 billion casino is expected to open in December 2008.
Plans for Encore include a 2,034 all-suite hotel tower fully integrated with Wynn Las Vegas, as well as an approximately 72,000 square foot casino, additional convention and meeting space, as well as restaurants, a nightclub, swimming pools, a spa and salon and retail outlets.
Wynn also has an approximately 142-acre parcel of land behind Wynn Las Vegas, which is currently used as a golf course. In addition, the company has approximately 5 acres adjacent to the golf course on which an office building is located and approximately 18 acres of land across Sands Avenue, a portion of which is improved with an employee parking garage.
Wynn is developing a long-range master plan for the 142-acre golf course. It is not expected that any construction on the golf course land would begin before 2009.
I know Encore at Wynn will be something special, but I think the golf course plans will just blow our minds.
